About Me
"Hi, I'm Gilbert! I might be a senior boy at 12 years young, but my family says my silky ears and adorable eyes can still get me just about anything I want. My favourite way to kick off the weekend is my Saturday morning visit to St John's Coffee Shop. After a nice stroll through the countryside, there is nothing better than relaxing with the sounds of the cafe, and hoping a stray crumb might come my way! When I'm not out and about making new doggy friends or catching some rays in the garden, you can usually find me curled up on the settee. I'm a professional cuddler, and there is truly no better spot in the world than right next to my family. Come and say hello if you see me this weekend; I promise I'm as soft as I look!"

I always get a flat white, and it’s consistently great. The setup is simple but welcoming, and being outdoors just adds to the charm—perfect for a break in the fresh air, especially if you're partway through a bike ride or walk in the countryside.

Our riders thoroughly enjoyed visiting your cafe on Saturday. We received a warm welcome, and the drinks and cakes were exceptional. My wife who is gluten-intolerant was particularly impressed at having a choice of cakes. It was perfect!
