About Me
"Hi, everyone! I’m Nadine, and life is pretty pawsome! I was originally training to be a guide dog, but it turns out I had other adventures waiting for me, and I’ve since found a lovely new home. These days, my favourite thing in the world is getting out and about. If there’s a chance to run free and stretch my legs, I’m one very happy girl. Of course, I do have one tiny weakness: FOOD! I love pretty much anything edible, but sausages are definitely top of my list. 🌭 Today, I visited St John’s Coffee Shop for the very first time, and what can I say? I had the best time! I’ve been busy meeting all the other doggos, making new friends, and generally being my lovely, sociable self. The coffee shop is definitely my kind of place, especially if there are friendly faces and tasty treats involved! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. So, if you see me about, come and say hello. I’ll happily accept fuss, friendship, and maybe the occasional sausage. Just putting it out there! 🐶☕"

“After a good ride on my mountain bike, I often stop here for a refreshing drink and a well-earned snack. There’s something about sipping a lovely cup of tea while surrounded by nature that makes the experience so much better. The homemade cakes are absolutely delicious! Every time I’ve been, there’s a new treat to try, and they never disappoint. The friendly volunteers and cozy atmosphere make it a spot I keep coming back to. Highly recommend it!”

"I’ve traveled from Manchester more than once—either on a bike ride or a walk—just to visit this coffee shop. The cakes are amazing, easily some of the best I’ve had. Last time, I tried Kate’s marshmallow cake, and it was excellent.
I always get a flat white, and it’s consistently great. The setup is simple but welcoming, and being outdoors just adds to the charm—perfect for a break in the fresh air, especially if you're partway through a bike ride or walk in the countryside.
If you’re after good coffee and even better cakes, it’s well worth the trip. I’ll definitely be back."

"I always make sure to get Jackie’s lemon drizzle and a flat white coffee – they’re absolutely worth it! Delicious every time. The volunteers are lovely, and the place is always spotless. I can't rate it highly enough. I make a special drive just to visit, usually in the summer, and I come several times throughout the year. It's such a good cause, and I really hope others will support it too!"

Stockport Community Cycling Club Cyclists
I just want to pass on a massive thank you to all your team at St John's Cafe from Stockport Community Cycling Club.
Our riders thoroughly enjoyed visiting your cafe on Saturday. We received a warm welcome, and the drinks and cakes were exceptional. My wife who is gluten-intolerant was particularly impressed at having a choice of cakes. It was perfect!
Following the ride we received some extremely positive feedback regarding both the cycle route and the visit to your cafe. It is a cycle ride we will certainly be repeating, and in turn another visit to your cafe!
