With April just around the corner, our little outdoor coffee shop is gearing up to welcome you back! 🎉 But before we can start serving up fresh brews and homemade treats, there’s some behind-the-scenes work happening—starting with our well-loved tables and stools.
This week, our two amazing handymen, Nigel and Kevin, got to work, giving our furniture a much-needed refresh. 🛠️ After braving the elements, some of the old wooden planks had seen better days, so it was time for a makeover! They carefully removed the rotten wood and replaced it with brand-new, made-to-measure planks—sturdy, smooth, and ready for another season of coffee and conversation.
There’s something so satisfying about watching a wobbly old table come back to life! The fresh wood means many more Saturdays of laughter, good chats, and, of course, steaming cups of coffee with friends. ☕
As they measured, sanded, and secured each piece into place, it was a lovely reminder that this coffee shop is more than just a place to grab a drink—it’s a community effort, filled with heart ❤️ and a whole lot of care.
Now that the tables and stools are good as new, we’re one step closer to opening day on 5th April! We can’t wait to welcome you back—so pull up a seat, relax, and enjoy the start of another great season! 🌿☀️
