Weather permitting, next Wednesday evening (12th August), the sky will put on a massive show as the Moon passes in front of the Sun. Here in Cheshire, we’ll hopefully see a whopping 90% partial eclipse! But while staring directly at the Sun requires special glasses 😎, gazing directly at our cake counter requires no safety equipment whatsoever… just a healthy appetite.
