What a Saturday that was. You may well have popped in for coffee on the morning of the 16th, blissfully unaware of the sporting and musical drama that was about to unfold. By teatime, Manchester City had beaten Chelsea FC in the 2026 FA cup final to secure a 1-0 victory and another famous trophy for Pep Guardiola’s side.
Then, just as the afternoon’s footballing excitement faded, we settled in for the main event of the evening…..Eurovision! We had everything crossed for Look Mum No Computer, and then, the UK finished last with a single point. ONE point. We’re choosing not to talk anymore about it.
