This week the sun reaches its peak on the longest day of the year, when light is at its fullest and nature itself seems to pause and exhale. The Summer Solstice has been marked by people across centuries as a moment to gather, give thanks, and savour the abundance of the season. We’re doing exactly that, just with better cake.
