Say hello to Sally, our loveable and larger-than-life Dog of the Month! This gorgeous 9-year-old Labrador has been charming everyone she meets for nearly a decade, and she shows absolutely no signs of slowing down… especially when there are treats involved.
On receiving the honour of St John’s Coffee Shop’s Dog of the Month, Sally commented: 🐾
“Hi, I’m Sally, and I have two great loves in life… people and food, usually in that order (okay, sometimes food wins). I’m a Labrador, which basically means I was born hungry and I’ve never really got over it. I spend my days trotting along the canal towpath and the Middlewood Way, saying hello to absolutely everyone I meet –you never know who might have a treat in their pocket! Speaking of which, if you’ve got doggy biscuits on you, we are already best friends. I also love bumping into my pals Barley and Betty on my adventures, and there’s no better end to a walk than a visit to St John’s Coffee Shop. See you there… and yes, I will be hoping you brought snacks!”
Sally’s boundless love for people and her legendary appetite make her an absolutely irresistible presence at the coffee shop. Whether she’s working the patio for cuddles or keeping a very close eye on your biscuit, this sweet girl knows how to make everyone’s day just a little bit brighter.
